Terms of use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Welcome to QuickEat. These terms apply to the QuickEat website and service, operated by eventi.grosso (514353408). By using the website or the service you agree to these terms.

1. What QuickEat is

QuickEat is a restaurant ordering system: a digital menu that opens from a code on the table, a kitchen screen for orders, and a back office for the restaurant (menu, tables, bills and sales reports).

The service is for businesses (restaurants, cafés and bars). Restaurant guests use it to browse the menu and order, and don't need an account with us.

2. Restaurant accounts

  • The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of the details it provides and for keeping staff passwords secret.
  • The restaurant is responsible for every action taken from its staff accounts.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, tell us right away at [email protected].

3. Subscription and payment

  • The subscription is billed monthly according to the chosen plan. Prices on the website exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • You can cancel at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid periods are not refunded.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

4. The restaurant's content

The restaurant is responsible for everything on its menu: dish names, descriptions, prices, photos and allergen information. QuickEat does not review this content and is not responsible for its accuracy.

An order a guest sends through the system is a transaction between the guest and the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for preparing the food, the service, the price and the receipt.

5. Guest payments

When guests pay through the system, the payment is handled by a third-party payment provider under its own terms. QuickEat does not store credit card details.

6. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the service for anything illegal or to mislead guests.
  • Don't try to break into the system, bypass security limits or access other restaurants' data.
  • Don't copy, sell or distribute the service or any part of it without written permission.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available and working, but there may be maintenance breaks or outages outside our control. We aim to announce planned maintenance in advance.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the service, design, logo and code belong to eventi.grosso. Content the restaurant uploads (menu, photos, logo) stays the restaurant's, and it allows us to display it in order to provide the service.

9. Privacy

How we use personal information is explained in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickEat is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost revenue, caused by using or being unable to use the service. In any case, our liability will not exceed the amount the restaurant paid in the three months before the event.

11. Ending the service

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. After the service ends, the restaurant can request a copy of its order data within 30 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will email restaurants about material changes at least 14 days in advance. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
